Payments are final and non-refundable except under the specific conditions outlined in Section 4 below.
No price adjustments will be made for participants who paid a different amount.
We may offer a one-year money-back guarantee when the Program is purchased during a live presentation.
This guarantee is strictly conditional upon:
100% Attendance: The Participant must attend all educational events, live sessions, and workshops included in the Program without exception.
Full Participation: The Participant must actively engage in all tasks, exercises, and requirements set forth in the Program.
Timely Requests: The money-back guarantee claim must be submitted in writing within 365 days of the Program start date.
Failure to meet any of these conditions will result in forfeiture of the guarantee. For all other purchases, payments remain non-refundable as outlined in Section 3.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crypto Alliance is not liable for:
Any financial losses, damages, or claims arising from decisions made based on Program content.
Market volatility, risks, or third-party services referenced during the Program.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Provider harmless against any claims or liabilities arising from your participation in the Program.
By participating, you acknowledge that cryptocurrency and DeFi investments are speculative, highly volatile, and may result in significant financial losses. You assume all risks associated with your investments and actions based on Program materials.
All materials provided within the Program, including but not limited to videos, presentations, and written content, are the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider:
You may not copy, share, reproduce, or distribute Program materials without prior written consent from the Provider.
Access to the Program is for personal use only.
You agree to keep all proprietary information, insights, and strategies shared within the Program confidential. You may not disclose, share, or resell Program materials to third parties.
The Provider reserves the right to:
Modify or update the Program’s content at any time.
Discontinue any part of the Program without notice.
The Provider will not be held liable for any interruptions or changes.
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
State of Texas Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in San Antonio, Texas.
